Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem found when a cap 19 is fixed to a rotating shaft 16 having a chamfer part 16a in a state that an end face 16c of the rotating shaft 16 and an end face 19b of the cap 19 are fitted to each other, that the cap 19 may axially slip off to a chamfer part 16a side of the rotating shaft 16. SOLUTION: An escape part 21 recessed in the radial direction of the rotating shaft 16 is formed on a fixing hole 19a of the cap 19 in a state of being extended in the axial direction of the rotating shaft 16, and an axial dimension of the escape part 21 is determined to provide the escape part 21 with at least a part opposite to the chamfer part 16a of the rotating shaft 16 in a state that the cap 19 is press fit to the rotating shaft 16.
