SOLUTION: A disk-like member 8 is inserted and fixed between the motor 1 and a front bracket 4, and is arranged so that a cylindrical opening 8a in the inner periphery of the disk-like member 8 lies on the outer periphery of a cylindrical member 9 fixed to the motor-side end 6c of a clutch outer 6b of a roller clutch 6.
