SOLUTION: The cooking sheet comprises regenerated fibers and 50-100 wt.% of synthetic fibers subjected to water-jet interlacing, having the following characteristics: sheet density is ≤0.06 g/cm3, liquid-holding capacity is ≥13 g/g, tear strength is ≥0.5 kg, and oil-straining performance is ≤20 s/30cc.
