FINE WIRE TENSION APPLYING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine wire tension applying device capable of easily maintaining constant tension without increasing working man-hour even when thickness of a wire material varies, capable of always maintaining the constant tension while in use, and thereby capable of preventing disconnection even when the wire material is fine and capable of preventing sticky disconnection during coating of a surface of the wire material. SOLUTION: A cylindrical guide 9 for covering a core wire bobbin 6 to which the wire material W is wound is provided with a hole like wire guide 8 for feeding the wire material W wound by the core wire bobbin 6, a hole formed on an extended position along an opposite direction of a feeding direction of the wire material W hung on both edges of the hole of the wire guide 8 and the core wire bobbin 6, and a pipe 12 connected to the hole. A blower for suctioning is connected to the pipe 12, and the air is suctioned so that the inside of the cylinder guide 9 is made to be under a negative pressure. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
