NITROGEN GAS GENERATING DEVICE FOR TIRE FILLING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that many labor hours, places and expenses for carrying, management and filling, are required and the equipment of an evaporator or the like is required to install, in the system to fill nitrogen gas and liquid nitrogen which are made in a cylinder in advance from the cylinder, and though the purity of nitrogen gas is higher than that is wished in the case of use of an usual nitrogen gas generating gas, the cost including the expense for drier installation is high in the system where a nitrogen gas manufacturing device is installed at gas stations or the like to make the gas and fill the nitrogen gas taken out there directly into the tire. SOLUTION: The device is provided with filters 40, 50, 60 removing foreign matters from compressed air, a hollow-fiber membrane 70 separately removing oxygen from the compressed air, a check valve 90 preventing that nitrogen gas flows back to the side of the hollow-fiber membrane 70, and a throttle valve 80 which can supply nitrogen gas and regulates the flow rate of the compressed air while a nitrogen gas tank 100 storing nitrogen gas is arranged forming the piping system in the described order in a certain position of the piping system.
