PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile phone with an automatic current location information acquisition function in which current location information of an owner of the mobile phone is automatically acquired and automatically reported to a notice destination designated in advance by using a navigation function in the mobile phone. SOLUTION: The mobile phone has an entire control part 110, a communication control part 120 for communicating with the outside via an antenna 122, an input part 130, an output part 140, a storage part 150, a current location acquisition part 160, a current location information sending part 170 and a power source control part 180, the input part 130 is provided with a notice destination telephone number and mail address setting part 132 and a current location information sending time and sending time interval setting part 134, and the current location acquisition part 160 is equipped with a ground base station location information acquisition part 162 and a GPS information acquisition part 164.
