SOLUTION: The method comprises steps of forming a first resistor 15 on one side of a substrate 11, forming a second resistor 16 connected to the resistor 15 at one end side of the substrate 11 on the other side of the substrate 11, and correcting the resistance value of either of the resistor 15 or the resistor 16 by simultaneously measuring resistances of the resistor 15 and the resistor 16.
