Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a positive electrode for a nonaqueous secondary battery having a high capacity and excellent cycle characteristics. SOLUTION: A positive electrode for a nonaqueous secondary battery is manufactured through a process of applying positive electrode mixture containing paste to a conductive base body and drying it to form a positive electrode mixture layer. The positive electrode containing paste is prepared by mixing a conductive assistant, a binding agent and a solvent beforehand by a twin-screw extruder rotating two screws at an equivalent speed in the same direction and mixing the resulting conductive assistant containing dispersion and a positive electrode active material by the two-screw extruder. Or, the positive electrode mixture containing paste is prepared by mixing the positive electrode active material, the conductive assistant and the binding agent by the two-screw extruder by applying the obtained positive electrode mixture containing paste to the conductive base body and drying it to form the positive mixture layer. An area/weight ratio of 50-2000 m2/g is preferable for the conductive assistant. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
