Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an L-shape anchor member which can be securely turned without generating a slip by using a tool such as a wrench. SOLUTION: A metal round bar material is bent into an L-shape, and a screw part 3 is provided at a tip of the round bar part 1 to be turned for operation in the bent round bar parts 1 and 2, and a flat plate part 4 formed by plastic deformation is provided in a round bar part just under the screw part. The anchor part can be securely turned for operation without generating a slip by pinching the flat plate part 4 with a tool such as a wrench. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
