Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach a screen member securely without lowering strength of an elastic tongue of the screen member. SOLUTION: On a side end of a lid mounting plate 5 to be fixed to a lower surface of a lid 1, a raised section 6 which opposes the lower face of the lid 1 with a predetermined gap and on which a slit 8 in the fore-and-aft direction is projected and a recess section 5 opposing the lower face of the lid 1 with a gap larger than the predetermined gap are alternately provided in the fore-and-aft direction, a mounting piece 20b in the fore-and-aft direction provided on the screen member 20 is fitted between the lower face of the lid 1 and the raised section 6 of the lid mounting plate 5, and an elastic tongue 21 extended in the fore-and-aft direction on the mounting piece 6 is engaged with the slit 8.
