Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytically ionized water formation apparatus into which tap water mixed with an electrolysis aid liquid is supplied, from which strongly acidic ionized water and strongly alkaline ionized water are discharged through the outlet of the apparatus, and which has a flow regulation apparatus installed at the outlet and having a pressure regulation function, enabling the flow rate of ionized water flowing out of the outlet to be regulated. SOLUTION: A tube is connected to the outlet of the ionized water formation apparatus, and a flow regulation apparatus is connected to the tube; thus, flow regulation is enabled by subjecting the tube to pressure regulation, and the flow rate of electrolytically ionized water flowing out through the tube can be regulated.
