REINFORCEMENT UNIT OF BASE PLATE OF CABINET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement unit for a base plate of a cabinet, easily reinforcing the base plate of an existing cabinet and preventing deterioration of appearance of the interior of the cabinet. SOLUTION: This reinforcing unit 1 has an upper flange part 4 fixed to the base plate 14 with a flat countersunk head screw 11 and a lower end extended downward through a hole 8 bored in the base plate 14 to come into contact with the floor surface 9, whereby the load of a weighty goods 10 is transmitted through the reinforcement unit 1 to the floor surface 9. The reinforcement unit 1 is fitted only by work for drilling the hole 8 in the base plate 14 and work for screwing the flange part 4 to the base plate 14 so as to easily fit the unit. The flange part 4 exposed to the upper side of the base plate 14 is concealed by placing the weighty goods 10 not to deteriorate the appearance. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
