AUTOMATIC DIGEST PREPARATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically prepare a digest of contents which interests many viewers. SOLUTION: The digest preparation method includes a step of acquiring user instruction information (e.g., information about a desired re-view range instructed by a user or information about a distribution request of the specific contents) associated with the specific contents from a user terminal as a distribution destination of specific contents, and a step of preparing a digest of the specific contents on the basis of at least the user instruction information. The method also includes a step of acquiring information about a scene change in the specific contents. In the digest preparing step, the digest of the specific contents can be prepared on the basis of the scene change information and the information about the distribution request of the specific contents.
