RESERVED SEAT TICKET ISSUING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden on an operator by forming a system to memorize coupon ticket with usage prohibited periods, and determine if a boarding date desired by a passenger is within the period or not based on the boarding data. SOLUTION: This reserved seat ticket issuing system issues a reserved seat ticket by a coupon ticket inserted. It is provided with a display means to display a guide to buy reserved seat tickets to an operator, an input means to input at least the boarding date, and a storage means to memorize starting dates and ending dates of a plurality of coupon ticket with usage prohibited periods in a year set for coupon tickets. It is further provided with a control means to read the starting date or ending date of each coupon ticket with usage prohibited period to be compared with the boarding date inputted by the input means for each coupon ticket with usage prohibited period, and output to a display part that it cannot be used in the period when it is determined that the boarding date inputted by the input means is not either date between the starting date and the ending date of each coupon ticket with usage prohibited period memorized in the storage means.
