Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic control device which can rewrite data of a non-volatile memory even during the control operation. SOLUTION: An ECU 10 is provided with a CPU 100, a flush EEPROM 101 and an adjusting RAM 102. In the case of performing calibration, data in a calibration range of the flush EEPROM 101 is recorded in the adjusting RAM 102. A memory range of the adjusting RAM 102 is overlapped with the calibration range for calibration. The data of the calibration range is written in the adjusting RAM 102. When calibration is concluded, mode is switched to a super user mode. In this case, the data recorded in the adjusting RAM 102 is written in the flush EEPROM 101 by using a control register 113.
