Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily expose or re-coat an outer surface in proximity to an end of a pipe provided with coating material. SOLUTION: In the coating material 20, the outer surface 14 of the pipe 12 is coated in a non-contact state. The material can be slid in the longitudinal direction of the pipe 12 in a tightly contacted state with the outer surface 14. By sliding the coating material 20 backward or forward in the longitudinal direction of the pipe 12, the outer surface 14(14a) in proximity to the end of the pipe 12 can be exposed or re-coated. The coating material 20 is a cylindrical film having a proper pliability. The film is bent and deformed in a folded state so as to be overlapped, whereby only the end part 22 can be partially slid.
