Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution system, a distribution supporting device, and a distribution supporting method capable of efficiently and reliably performing a delivery operation relative to a varying baggage volume. SOLUTION: A truck location DB401 and a truck identifying information are received from a terminal of a delivery truck 104, and a baggage DB402 is received from a delivery center 102. A truck DB403 is received from a delivery company 103, and stored in a storage part of a server 101 as a delivery management DB302. Based on the delivery management DB302, reloading of the baggage is sequentially repeated between a delivery truck 104-1 loading the baggage at the delivery center 102 and a delivery truck 104-2 routing in a different region, or between delivery trucks 104-2 routing in different regions, so as to deliver the baggage to a customer.
