Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a special working ship which can reduce construction cost without increasing construction equipment scale being necessary for the construction method for an offshore structure such as an offshore wind power generator, can enter a harbor which is comparatively shallow in depth and is narrow, does not receive the wave force easily in an offshore, and can position promptly and accurately in the offshore or the like; to provide an execution of an offshore structure which can reduce construction cost without increasing construction equipment scale when constructing the offshore structure, does not receive the wave force easily in the offshore and can execute construction according to a plan. SOLUTION: This special working ship 10 is equipped with a floating dock 17 for the construction work of the offshore structure, a jack up leg 16 and at least a crane 13 having a comparatively large hoisting capacity.
