DELIVERY TOOL OF WELDING WIRE WOUND IN PAIL PACK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent any jump-up of a welding wire delivered upward of a partition member, and to prevent the wire from being entangled or twisted irrespective of provision of an inner cylinder. SOLUTION: A delivery tool of a welding wire in a pail pack in which the welding wire 13 is laminated wound in a coil between an inner cylinder 11 and an outer cylinder 12 of a pail vessel 10 of a vertical double-cylinder structure, and the welding wire 13 is delivered from a space between a holding member 15 to hold an upper end face of a coiled welding wire 14 and an outer circumferential wall part of the inner cylinder 11 has a jump-up preventing member 30 having a plurality of elastic members 20 disposed above the holding member 15 along the circumferential direction at a position higher than the the inner cylinder 11 to prevent any jump-up of the welding wire delivered upward of the holding member 15, and a supporting member 21 to support the elastic members 20.
