DEVELOPMENT METHOD FOR FUNGAL BED OF SHIITAKE MUSHROOM, AND DEVELOPMENT WATER TANK DIRECTLY USED THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for the continuous large-amount development of a high-quality mushroom from only the top face of a fungal bed by controlling a plurality of fungal beds at every stage under proper mushroom development conditions without conducting an in-house overall control, and to provide a development water tank used for the method. SOLUTION: The development method for a fungal bed of Shiitake mushroom (dentinus edodes) comprises accommodating in a water tank a plurality of fungal beds in an exposed state after removing a culture vessel; in a closed and stable state and in such a state that only the top face of each of the fungal beds is open and filling up the water tank with an aqueous solution, thereby to inhibit mushroom development from a side face and a bottom face of each of the fungal beds and to promote mushroom development only from the top face of each of the fungal beds in a development step after completion of cultivation. The development water tank for the fungal beds of Shiitake mushroom comprises a vessel body 1 provided with a water feed port 2 on the upstream side and a water discharge port 3 on the downstream side and a fungal bed fixing frame 4 which is capable of installation/removal and position adjustment.
