Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide powder-sesame-indica excellent in fluidity and free from separation into an oil content and a solid content even when it is stored for a long period of time by powdering fine sesame paste or sesame extract. SOLUTION: The powder-sesame-indica is obtained in such a way that the fine sesame paste or the sesame extract is added to an aqueous solution dissolved with an emulsifying vehicle, or an emulsifier and vehicle, and that the resulting emulsion is dried using a spray drier. The powder-sesame-indica is prepared by a comparatively simple operation and is easily usable, and gives good flavor and smooth feel in mouth when used in food. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
