Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for managing a non-acknowledgement (NAK) transmitted from a receiver in a wireless communication system. SOLUTION: A receiver (20) receives indication whether or not a maximum number of sub-packet transmissions for a data packet transmission from a transmitter to the receiver (20) have taken place. When the receiver (20) receives the indication and does not properly receives the data packets via a channel, the receiver (20) transmits the non-acknowledgement, used to allow the transmitter to reschedule the data packets and retransmit the data packets, to the transmitter.
