Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound reproducing device which inhibits output of a key touch sound in the case that operation is performed which causes the key touch sound to break reproduced sounds and places hindrances in hearing of reproduced sounds, and permits output of the key touch sound in the case that operation is performed which causes the key touch sound to break reproduced sounds but doesn't place hindrances in hearing of reproduced sounds. SOLUTION: The sound reproducing device is provided with a means which inhibits output of the key touch sound in the case that operation is performed which causes the key touch sound to break reproduced sounds and places hindrances in hearing of reproduced sounds, and a means which permits output of the key touch sound in the case that operation is performed which causes the key touch sound to break reproduced sounds but doesn't place hindrances in hearing of reproduced sounds.
