DEVICE FOR INSPECTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase test efficiency and prevent breakage of a part such as an integrated circuit mounted on a product to be tested, by automatically starting a inspection only when the tested product is reliably mounted on a jig, and a grounding terminal is connected to a negative electrode of a power source. SOLUTION: A product 1 to be inspected has two internally interconnected grounding terminals 4a and 5a, and a plurality of other terminals into which a measuring signal is input. The jig 6 has two grounding electrodes 7a and 8a brought into contact with the two grounding terminals 4a and 5a of the product 1 respectively, and other electrodes brought into contact with the other terminals respectively. One grounding electrode 7a is connected to a negative electrode of a power source, and the other grounding electrode 8a is connected to a positive electrode of the power source via a pull-up resistor 16, so that upon fixing of the product 1 to the jig, a voltage variation appearing at the other grounding electrode 8a is a trigger signal.
