Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro-array capable of quantifying accurately a hybridization reaction concerning a gel holding micro-array, and a specimen detection method using the micro-array. SOLUTION: In this immobilizing gel holding micro-array, a blank gel spot where a probe is not immobilized is partially arranged together with a gel spot where the probe is immobilized in the micro-array wherein a plurality of partitioned spots comprise the immobilizing gel. In this specimen detection method, the hybridization reaction between a specimen labeled by a fluorescent material and the probe is quantified, to thereby detect the specimen, by using the probe immobilizing gel holding micro-array.
