THIN LAYER CHROMATOGRAPHY SET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveniently carriage thin layer chromatograph which does not require the time or labor for quality control or preparing operation and is capable of being housed in a portable case as a complete set. SOLUTION: An inner surface thin layer chromatography tube, a development receiver, and a connecting unit mounting a pattern circuit changeover valve, are, and a developing liquid container are made an assembled type. By the three-stage piston movements of an aerating, liquid raising, and flooding-liquid purging circuit stage; a flood fluid circulating circuit stage; and an aerating and air drying circuit stage of the pattern circuit changeover valve, it is possible to perform continuous operations. It is preferable that the piston movements are performed by a motor-driven type by a timer and a sensor. Sample spotters, etc., and a plurality of groups of the connecting units with the chromatography tubes and the development receivers are mounted to a support plate, and the support plate is housed in the portable case as a complete set.
