Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring nail moisture for easily and accurately measuring an absolute amount in vivo state. SOLUTION: A plurality of diffuse reflectance spectral data is obtained by irradiating near-infrared light to a plurality of nail samples of which moisture is known so as to prepare a standard curve of nail moisture. At this time, the plurality of diffuse reflectance spectral data is subjected to differentiation with a predetermined order and MSC as pre-processing before obtaining corrected spectral data. The corrected spectral data and the known moisture data are subjected to statistical processing utilizing a partial least square regression method so as to prepare the standard curve. Subsequently, diffuse reflectance spectral data of a subject nail is obtained by directly irradiating the subject nail with near-infrared light, and moisture of the subject nail is measured using the standard curve.
