PLATE TYPE HEAT EXCHANGER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cooling capacity by a heat generation body and durability by efficiently diffusing heat from a heat radiation face side of the heat generation body over the whole heat exchanger. SOLUTION: The plate type heat exchanger 100 is constituted by overlapping and fixing metallic plates 20-1, 20-2 on both sides of a metallic plate 30 in which various heat radiation structures are formed. A plate type heat pipe for transporting heat by phase change and travel phenomenon of operation liquid sealed in a meandering pipe arranged in its inside is used in the metallic plates 20-1, 20-2. Since the plate type heat pipe has higher heat conductive property than ordinary metals, it is possible to diffuse heat generated from heat radiation sides of the heat generation bodies 10-1, 10-2 over the whole heat exchanger including the metallic plate 30 through the metallic plates 20-1, 20-2 composed of the plate type heat pipes efficiently.
