SOLUTION: In the case that a water temperature Tc detected by water- supply temperature sensor 12 provided in a water supply pipe 4 exceeds 30°C (step S4), a heater 7 is turned OFF (step S6) when a water-flow sensor 13 detects the flowing water (step S5). Waste of the unnecessary power in summer is thereby prevented, and energy can be saved.
