Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-water storage type electric water heater which can save energy by automatically cutting supply of a power source to a heater in summer, etc., when supply of the hot-water is unnecessary. SOLUTION: In the case that a water temperature Tc detected by water- supply temperature sensor 12 provided in a water supply pipe 4 exceeds 30°C (step S4), a heater 7 is turned OFF (step S6) when a water-flow sensor 13 detects the flowing water (step S5). Waste of the unnecessary power in summer is thereby prevented, and energy can be saved. In the case that the detected water temperature Tc is less than 20°C (step S1), the heater 7 is turned ON (step S3) for convenience of a user. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
