Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle electronic control unit with reduced costs by manufacturing only control microcomputers as different products for each vehicle, while using a common supervisory IC for supervising the control microcomputers. SOLUTION: The electronic control unit 10 includes a control microcomputer 11 which outputs control data to an electric slow motor 17, and a supervisory IC 12 which supervises the control data outputted from the control microcomputer 11. The supervisory IC 12 has an S-RAM 16 which renewably stores criterion values for supervising troubles with the control microcomputer 11. The criterion values are transmitted from the control microcomputer 11 to the supervisory IC 12 and stored in the S-RAM 16 of the supervisory IC 12. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
