Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular body structure capable of ensuring the stiffness and the hardness of a vehicular body required for safety at the time of a collision while reducing weight and cost. SOLUTION: A uniting portion 26 is united to a rigging deck panel end. In the uniting portion 26, an upper fixing seat 30a superimposed and joined on an lower surface of a lateral wall 19 of a upper frame 16 is formed by a member having large stiffness at an upper part, and a lower fixing portion 33 superimposed and joined on a front end portion of a front deck 5 at a lower portion is formed. A side portion fixing seat 34 superimposed and joined on a longitudinal wall 18 of the upper frame 16 is formed in a side part. Thereby, a box-shaped structure upwardly opening and composed of a front deck end portion, a uniting part 26, and the upper frame 16 providing high stiffness and hardness is formed on the upper frame 16.
