Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a honeycomb core made of a fiber-reinforced plastics (FRP) with the advantages that (1) the solvent expansion is avoided, resulting in the improvement of the strength, (2) the productivity is high and the manufacturing cost is low, (3) no block trouble due to the bleeding of an adhesive occurs, (4) no resin exudation occurs, so that the blocking trouble is prevented from occurring, (5) especially the adhesive strength is high, and (6) the rigidity and strength are upgraded. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method, first fibrous base materials 1 are released leaving a striated texture 9 with the help of a release sheet 8 and stacked. Then the stacked fibrous base materials 1 are filled with a resin 2 under sealing conditions, using a resin supply device 16 and a vacuum suction device 18. Further, the deposited and saturated resin 2 is cured by a thermal pressurizing device 24 and thereby, each of the fibrous base materials 1 is converted to a fiber-reinforced plastics and the plastics are mutually bonded with the resin 2 in a striation pattern and finally spread.
