Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique to optimize a teaching method of a loader of a machine tool to reduce labor required for the teaching. SOLUTION: A controller 2 of a holder 14 for holding a work W and moving mechanisms 11, 12 and 13 for moving the holder includes actuators 22 and 23 operated by an operator, a storage device 25 and an arithmetic device 26. In a teaching mode, a base coordinate of the holder is controlled according to the operation of the operator, and the arithmetic device stores the base coordinate of the holder at the operation as teaching data 25a in the storage device. In an automatic operation mode, the arithmetic device automatically controls the moving mechanisms so that the holder moves to the base coordinate specified in the teaching data.
