Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monofilament suture prepared by co-extruding polymers having different Young' modulus, and to provide a manufacturing method thereof. SOLUTION: The first polymer and the second polymer are co-extruded in a state that the polymer of higher Young's modulus (first polymer 12, 15) surrounds the polymer of lower Young's modulus (second polymer 11, 14). As the monofilament suture has excellent knot security and flexibility, and has knot strength suitable to be used as the suture, it can be applied to various medical tools such as the suture.
