Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baked confectionery cup having light palate feeling, homogeneous thickness and excellent mold separation. SOLUTION: The method for producing the baked confectionery cups 19 and 30 comprises putting baked confectionery cup dough 16 and 29 each having a required outline shape on the top parts of three-dimensional metallic baking molds 14, 24, 25a, 25b, 26, 27 and 28 each having a required peripheral shape in a condition of horizontally extending the periphery 17 outside the three- dimensional baking molds 14, 24, 25a, 25b, 26, 27 and 28, heating the product so as to soften the baked confectionery cup dough 16 and 29 and bring them into contact with the peripheral surfaces 15, 23, 25a', 25b', 26', 27' and 28' of the three-dimensional baking molds 14, 24, 25a, 25b, 26, 27 and 28 and baking the product.
