Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce pulse width distortion by dispersion of an optical fiber, without having to use a dispersion compensating fiber which is large size and high priced of optical transmission system, an optical transmission device, and an optical receiving device. SOLUTION: A data signal inputted into the optical transmission device 2 is converted into two differential signals by a differential signal generation circuit 8, the positive phase signal of the two differential signal is input into an LD drive circuit 6, and another inversion signal is input into an LD drive circuit 7. Respective input signals are converted into a specified level by the LD drive circuits 6, 7, and output to light sources 3, 4, light outputs C, D of the light sources 3, 4 are combined by a photocoupler 5, and the combined signal E is input to a light transmitting fiber 1.
