SOLUTION: A substrate (112) has a plurality of turns (124, 124', 126 and 126') in a plurality of classes, and each of the plurality of the turns (124, 124', 126 and 126') has a central near end and a central remote end. A first via (132v) is connected with the central near end of each of the plurality of the turns (124, 124', 126 and 126'), and a second via (133) is connected with the central remote end of each of the plurality of the turns (124, 124', 126 and 126'). A first connecting section (130) is connected with the central near end of each of the plurality of the turns (124, 124', 126 and 126'), and a second connecting section (134) is connected with the central remote end of each of the plurality of the turns (124, 124', 126 and 126').
