MAGNETIC HEAD MANUFACTURING METHOD AND MAGNETIC HEAD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly productive magnetic head manufacturing method capable of simplifying a work process and keeping good attaching accuracy, and to provide a magnetic head. SOLUTION: One sheet complex 29 obtained by bonding a magnetic head attaching plate resin sheet 27 and a reinforcement plate resin sheet 28 to a flexible printed sheet 26 having 8 sets of wiring patterns 17A is cut to obtain 8 complex flexible printed plates 25 in which flexible printed plates 10A having wiring patterns 17A, magnetic head attaching plates 9A and reinforcement plates 19A are integrated, and magnetic head pieces are individually attached to the 8 magnetic head attaching plates 9A to obtain 8 magnetic heads. Mold releasing paper peeling work for protecting the adhesive layer of a double-faced tape which is necessary in a prior art to bond the flexible printed plate and the magnetic head attaching plate is made unnecessary, and thus productivity is enhanced and the costs of the device are reduced.
