PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic vending system which can obtain and feed information profitable when commodities are automatically vended back for marketing research. SOLUTION: An automatic vending machine 12 stores environmental information and vending time obtained by an environmental information acquisition part 22 and a vending time acquisition part 20 in a vending management database 26 while making information characteristic of a commodity correspond to one or both of them, totals either or both of the stored environment information and vending time by a totaling part 24, stores the totaling result information in a totaling result database 28, and transmits the stored information by a transmission part 32 to a management server 18.
