PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more appropriately grasp the problem area and to efficiently analyze events by displaying a correlation between events on a screen. SOLUTION: A reference event and its vicinity time margin (before x seconds, after y seconds) are inputted. An analysis part 30B accesses a trend data file 31A and finds the number of occurrence N of the reference event. In addition, an analysis object period is set for each occurrence time of the reference event, by defining a time margin of x seconds before and y seconds after the occurrence time as a reference; a summation of the number of occurrence of other events related to the reference event in the analysis object period is found as the number of occurrence M of the related events. Then, the occurrence rate of related event is found from the number of occurrence M of the related events and the number of occurrence N of the reference event, transmitted to a display processing part 30D, and is displayed on a screen as a correlation table.
