Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional periodical structural body having a high dielectric constant and able to deal with a wide range of frequency regions from microwaves to terahertz waves and to provide a method of manufacturing the body. SOLUTION: The three dimensional periodical structural body is produced by successively forming and stacking two-dimensional basic structural bodies by a stereolithography method from a mixture prepared by using primary ceramic particles having ≤5 μm particle size as cores, covering the surface of the primary particles with fine second ceramic particles to constitute ceramic secondary particles, and uniformly dispersing the ceramic secondary particles in a photosetting resin composition.
