Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speed up scram time of a control rod drive device, reduce the lowering of OLMCPR which is an operational limit condition at a cycle end and design fuel arrangement having fuel economy. SOLUTION: A control rod drive device having a buffer is placed to a control rod drive equipment 2 in place of a control rod drive device without it. On the other hand, a control rod drive hydraulic system equipment is set in as- placed state and a nitrogen gas filling pressure of a nitrogen vessel 24 to be a hydraulic-pressure source placed in a hydraulic control unit 18 is set high by filling within a maximum allowable working pressure of system equipments.
