Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce possibility of occurrence of an oil leakage defective product, to eliminate a need for strict inspection, and to conduct downsizing of a joint and simplification of a manufacturing process. SOLUTION: Since the braking hydraulic oil pipe joint 1 for an automobile is manufactured from a long material formed by extruding or drawing, there are neither cavities nor pores at an internal part. Therefore, inconvenience where braking oil flowing through a flow passage 4 is not exuded to the outside is prevented from occurring. Thickness between the flow passage 4 and an outer surface, a size between the flow passages 4, and a size between the flow passage 4 and a mounting hole 3 are set to values lower than those of a conventional product for downsizing. An outer surface is not a satin finished surface and prevented from the occurrence of burrs, therefore appearance is excellent. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
