Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for suppressing the discoloration of a tannin- containing composition, and to obtain the composition having suppressed discoloration. SOLUTION: The tannin-containing stable composition compounded with only a little amount of an edetate salt and having suppressed discoloration and coloration of the tannin with the lapse of day is obtained by adjusting pH of the tannin-containing composition to 3-5 and compounding the edetate salt and an amino acid into the composition.
