SOLUTION: This skin care preparation for external use has the excellent moisture retention and the synergistically increased improving effect on chapped skin and skin aging symptoms such as wrinkles and is obtained by including a Salicaceae plant extract and one or more kinds selected from usually utilized cell activators such as various galenical medicines, plant extracts, ceramides, yeast extracts, nucleic acids and hydroxy fatty acids.
