MOUNTING STRUCTURE FOR TRUCK GUARD AND BEARING OF LOWER ROLLER OF CONSTRUCTION MACHINE AND CONSTRUCTION MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for making a bolt for mounting a truck guard and a bearing of a lower roller of a hard-to-break crawler type traveling body and a construction machine having the mounting structure. SOLUTION: A bolt insertion hole 26a is formed in a lower plate 26 provided on the lower surface of each side plate 25 at the inside and outside of a side frame 7 of the crawler type traveling body of the construction machine. A nut 16 held by a detent tool 27 is provided on the lower plate 26 of the side frame 7. A bolt 14 is inserted into each of an upper plate 24 of the truck guard 13, and a bolt insertion hole 24a of the bearing is inserted into the bolt insertion hole 26a of the lower plate 26 from a lower side, is screwed to the nut 16 and is fastened. Thus, each of the truck guard 13a and the bearing is mounted on the side frame 7. Since a rod of the bolt 14 is inserted into the lower plate 26, the effective strength of the bolt 14 is increased to prevent breakage. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
