SOLUTION: Each lateral louver 9 comprises a plate-shaped louver body 15 having an approximately flat part 15a, supporting parts 17, 17 projected from both ends of the louver body 15 in a state of extending in the direction approximately orthogonal to the flat part 15a, and shaft parts 19, 19 mounted on the supporting parts 17, 17. Each lateral louver 9 is supported on side walls 5a, 5b of each blowout port 7 by the shaft parts 19, 19, and a lateral louver operation knob 21 having a circular arc-shaped outer peripheral face 21a concentric with the shaft parts 19, is integrally mounted on a cabin-side end part of the louver body 15 of the lowermost lateral louver 9.
