Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersing device capable of efficiently dispersing and to provide a method of manufacturing ceramic electronic components which are manufactured through a process of keeping ceramic elements on a thermal treatment jig as they are dispersed with the dispersing device. SOLUTION: The ceramic elements (works) 1 are supplied from a hopper (work supply unit) 2 and made to pass through a work passage 3, where a dispersing mechanism 4 is arranged, so as to be dispersed. The ceramic elements 1 are furthermore dispersed by dispersing vanes 5 arranged below the dispersing mechanism 4 and then made to pass through a dispersing net 6 so as to be sufficiently dispersed.
