Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a displaying method of road illuminating effect, using animation, easily confirming, on the animation, a change in night visual environment and inside-tunnel visual environment due to modification of road illuminating sources. SOLUTION: When road shape data are input into three-dimensional CAD software and displayed on a screen as animation of the road shape seen from a driver in traveling, illuminating effect is overlaid and displayed as images with real-time calculating light distribution property of the road illuminating sources for every scene of the images. Therefore, night visual environment and inside-tunnel visual environment of the road can be confirmed on the screen. Modification of the road illuminating sources can be also easily performed on the spot. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
